Terms of Service!
Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before commissioning me. By taking my services, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to the terms outlined below. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

— I. General Information
Keep communication respectful and polite. Rude behavior will not be tolerated and will result in termination of your commission.
I am very busy in real life, so please do not rush me.
Commissions may not be completed in order of the waitlist.
Do not ask me to replicate another person’s art style. References and inspiration are welcome, but I will not copy them 1:1.
My art style is constantly evolving, so the final result may deviate slightly from my samples.
I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel that I am unable to complete it or if it is outside my skill set.
— II. Commission Process
Payments are made in USD only using VGen only. I do not accept any alternative payment methods unless otherwise specified.
Payment must be made upfront unless specified otherwise.
Estimated time of completion varies by service type. I will promptly notify you of any significant delays.
— III. Revisions and Changes
Major revisions, such as changes to the overall composition or pose, are only accepted during the sketching phase and are limited to two (2) changes. After the sketch is approved, I will not accept any further major changes. Please take your time reviewing the sketch.
Minor revisions, such as adjustments to color or details, can be made during any stage of the commission process.

Commissions are intended for personal use unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon for commercial purposes.
Using my artwork for AI training is strictly prohibited.
Do not modify, trace, or alter the artwork in any way without my consent.
When sharing or displaying the commissioned artwork on any platform, please provide proper credits.
I retain full rights to post the commissioned artwork on social media or any other platforms, unless requested otherwise. I will respect your wishes, provided there is a valid reason.

Refunds are accepted if I cannot complete it within the expected date of delivery. Otherwise, I will not accept any refunds.
