Commissions may not be completed in order of the waitlist.

My art style is constantly evolving. The final results may deviate slightly from my samples.

Do not ask me to replicate another person’s art style. References and inspiration are welcome, but I will not copy it 1:1.

I reserve the right to decline a commission if I feel that I am unable to complete it or if it is outside my skill set.

Payments are made using VGen only for USD. I do not accept any alternate payment methods unless specified otherwise.

Payment must be made upfront unless specified otherwise.

Please provide reference materials / clear descriptions for the commission upon order confirmation.

Visual references are preferred. If your character does not have a set design, additional fees may apply (depending on complexity) due to the extra time needed to interpret the design based on description.

Estimated time of completion is one to three months after I sent the initial sketch. I will communicate any significant delays promptly.

You will receive a link to a Google Drive folder containing a watermarked and non-watermarked version of the final product.

If you have any custom requests for the final result variations, such as removal of decor, please let me know in the initial stages of the commission process. I will not accept any custom requests otherwise.

Major revisions, such as changes to the overall composition or pose, are only accepted during the sketching phase and are limited to two (2) changes. After the sketch is approved, I will not accept any further major changes.

Minor revisions, such as adjustments to color or details, can be made during any stage of the commission process.

Any major revisions requested after the sketching phase will incur an additional fee, depending on the complexity of the changes.

Commissions are intended for personal use unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon for commercial purposes.

Using my artwork to train AI is strictly prohibited.

Do not modify, trace, or alter the artwork in any way without my consent.

When sharing or displaying the commissioned artwork on any platform, providing proper credits will be greatly appreciated.

I retain full rights to post the commissioned artwork in social media or any other platforms, unless requested otherwise. I will respect your wishes, provided there is a valid reason.

You may request a refund if the commission is not completed within three months from the payment date.
