Payments are made using PayPal only for USD.

Payment is made using the 50/50 method after the sketch has been approved AND after finalization.

Commissions are intended for personal use unless explicitly discussed and agreed upon for commercial purposes.

Do not remove my watermark or modify the artwork without prior permission.

Do not use my artwork to feed AI.

I retain full rights to post the commissioned artwork in social media or any other platforms, unless requested otherwise.

I have the right to decline the commission if I feel that I am incapable of doing it.

Please provide reference materials / clear descriptions for the commission upon order confirmation. I will not be held responsible for any deviations from expectations if clear and relevant references were not provided beforehand.

Major revisions are only accepted during the sketching phase of the commission process. After the sketch is approved, I will not accept any changes to the character’s pose and composition. Minor revisions can be made any time.

Do not ask me to replicate another person’s art style. References and inspiration are welcome, but I will not copy it 1:1.

I do not accept any refunds once the commission is finalized and delivered.

The estimated completion time for a commission is 1 to 3 weeks. I will communicate any significant delays promptly.

When sharing or displaying the commissioned artwork on any platform, proper credit must be provided.

Final price is subject to change depending on complexity of the artwork.

Please be aware that I may have to cancel your commissions at any moment due to a variety of reasons. Any paid fees will be refunded accordingly.

Do not commission me if you do not agree to the Terms of Service.

Depending on the waitlist and slots taken, waiting time may vary.

Commercial use is double of the original price.
